- Acceptance of Terms By booking and using our private room services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
- Booking and Reservations
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.2. There is a minimum 16 years old age requirement for all our guests. For any guests who are under 16 years old, a legal guardian accompaniment would be required to enter the premises. Chillout Place personnel reserve all rights to request a valid identification document should the customer deem to be under 16 years old of age.
2.3. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
2.4. Changes to the booking date or time are only allowed up to 3 days prior to the session date and are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2.5. Cancellations or refunds are not entertained. - Use of Facilities
3.1. All guests must comply with all applicable laws, regulations of Singapore, and house policies.
3.3. Any damage caused to our premises, equipment, or property during your session will be your responsibility, and you may be held liable for any repair or replacement costs.
3.4. Smoking and the consumption of alcohol by individuals are strictly prohibited on the premises.
3.5 Any form of gambling and illegal use of drug by any individuals will be refer to the authority.
3.6. We reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel bookings, or eject any individuals who engage in disruptive, disrespectful, or illegal behaviour. - Safety and Liability
4.1. All guests enter and use our facilities at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit.
4.2. You are responsible for the supervision and behaviour of your guests, including minors, at all times.
4.3. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of our services. - Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. - Amendments and Termination
6.1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.2. In the event of termination, any existing bookings and their respective terms will be honoured. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
